When you book a hypnotherapy session with me you’ll be introduced to a unique blend of hypnosis and mindfulness tools that will boost your well-being in peri-menopause, right through to the years post-menopause. It’s common to feel increasing levels of anxiety as you transition into menopause and beyond. Sometimes it can be hard to make sense of what is happening, particularly if you haven’t felt anxiety like this before. However, using hypnotherapy you can learn to reduce anxiety and take away tools that can put give you a way to balance your mind and help you stay calm.
Sleep is commonly distrusted during menopause. Hypnosis and mindfulness are both excellent ways to help you approach sleep in a different way. I’ll teach you how you can introduce rest into your life in ways you may not have imagined before! After some hypnotherapy sessions with me I’ll give you tools to feel rested, calm, in control.
I take a very different approach to weight changes and wellbeing. I don’t talk about weight-loss but weight-less. Body changes may be very unfamiliar, you may be gaining weight in areas you haven’t, or you may be finding it impossible to lose weight when you’ve found it easy in the past. A hypnotherapy session can help you reflect on your current habits and behaviours around food and exercise, and with menopause in mind unconsciously embed new habits and behaviours that will carry you forward feeling connected and in-tune with your body.
It can be a rollercoaster during the years of perimenopause. Hypnotherapy tools can teach you tools to manage in the moments when you feel that you may be spiralling. There are patterns to everything, and in a session with me you can identify you personal pattern and how to take control of those unpredictable swings.

Fears or phobias can pop up suddenly for women, especially during hormone transitions such as menopause. If you have a phobia that is stopping you from doing things you want to do, then you are definitely in the right place.I have worked with many phobias and have seen what an enormous difference it makes. It’s not simply the realisation that you can overcome a phobia, but the realisation that you have the ability to make powerful changes anywhere in your life.
Remember you weren’t born with a phobia, all it takes is a bit of adjustment and understanding of how your brain ticks to get a handle on the phobia that is a problem for you.

How a session is Structured
All my sessions are 90 minutes long for the first session and 60 minutes for any further sessions. Sometimes you won’t need more than one session.
All sessions include a personalised audiotrack.
