This depth of experience means that I am able to tune in and connect with what needs to change quickly, and know how to change it, sometimes without you even realising.
I’ve been featured in national press regularly as an expert, lectured across the UK, and have written 3 books on women and transitional wellbeing, so if that’s what you are after you are in the right place.
What do I mean by transitional wellbeing? I know from experience that moments of big hormonal shifts are moments of significant change. They can make us feel vulnerable and fragile, I experienced this in the past…but when I discovered hypnotherapy and mindfulness it was like a light went on and a saw exactly what I was capable of. I can teach you how to disrupt the narrative around perimenopause and transform it, and yourself.
My work has always been motivated by wanting every other woman to not only maximise the opportunities this stage in life offers, but also to tap into her inner resources. I believe that you can achieve anything. Hopefully I am living proof of that, I went from a high flying job, to being sidelined when I had children then I chose to retrain, and follow my dream. I used hypnosis to get there! Now the best-selling author of Mindful Hypnobirthing, Mindful Mamma and Mindful Menopause I’ve shown that these moments can give birth to something incredible!
